Vrbice – Stráž

Perched on a high hill offering panoramic views of the surrounding rolling landscapes, the Stráž cellar alley in Vrbice is legendary for its unique construction. Here, the historic wine cellars are built in multiple tiers directly into the sandstone hillside.

The stone entrances, wooden doors, and grassy roofs stacked on top of each other closely resemble a real-life fairy tale village. It is one of the most romantic spots in the region, especially during the golden hour just before sunset.
